The twist

Plot Twist Software began by building software for blue-collar service work: apps for the people doing the job, not the people in the meeting about it.

That's still how we work. Every app starts with a real annoyance. A tool that doesn't exist, or one that stopped being maintained. Then we build the one we wanted, and we build it right the first time.
